Geoff is a Realtor/Investor out of Southern California and a student of Ryan Pineda's Wealthy Investor coaching program. His mission is to help you get started in Real Estate Investing, even with little to no money. In his sessions he will share tips/tricks and answer your questions.

Wealthy Wednesday w/ Ryan Pineda │ Wednesday, Feb. 22nd @ 3:30 PM PST

Ryan is hosting a weekly Twitter Space where we talk about topics such as entrepreneurship, real estate, & social media. The goal is to bring new eyeballs to Tykes by giving value in more general areas.

Creative Problem Solving Office Hours w/ Amr Samaha │ Thursday, Feb. 23rd @ 3 PM PST

This is an hour of open consultation on how to unlock the most value that’s hidden inside your property using creative design and problem solving. Come with your questions, properties, and notes!

Land Flipping w/ Jason Casco │ Thursday, Feb. 23rd @ 6 PM PST

Jason Casco is a financial planner/land investor. He will share his experiences on how he started land flipping and developing, and how anyone can start with as little as $100.

Along with that you will be getting an investor questionnaire. Please fill this out. Over the next 30 days our team will be reaching out to you to build a relationship and understand your investing goals.

I will also be holding group trainings to go over how all the investing works. This will be open to all of the Tykes community. This way you can see what we're looking for if you want to submit a business to be acquired. And also so that you can learn more and potentially purchase an Unleashed on the aftermarket if you'd like to get involved.

In the mean time we will be rolling out the Tyke Tank for the entire community so that these opportunities can start being underwritten and brought to the Unleashed.

Crypto might be in a bear, but each week we continue to press forward in building the future of real estate. Let's keep crushing it!

Today's Tyke Spotlight goes out to Boardroom member, Joseph McFarlane! 

Aside from being a Broker, Owner, & Realtor, Joseph also has a partnership in unified communications as a service. Outside of his professional career, Joe competes in Jiu Jitsu at 40 years old and has a goal to win the Master Black Expert Level IBJJF World Championships before he turns 50. Wow!

This year, a main focus of Joe's is creating content on all platforms.

I had the pleasure of staying in the TykeShare this month and let me tell you, this was an amazing experience. Located on the outskirts of Henderson, Nevada, this house is the perfect escape if you're looking to visit Vegas while still maintaining peace. 

Visiting the Strip was a thrilling experience, but I also enjoyed my cold plunges in the pool and conversations in the Hot Tub just as much.
