Good Morning, Tykes!

Welcome back to the Tykes Tribune. As of Tuesday night, the Tykes burn has been taking place. Congrats to all the boardroom members who have already taken advantage of this special event - we're looking forward to seeing your Beasts!

Land Flipping - @JasonCasco │Thursday, Sept. 15th at 5 pm PST

Jason Casco is a financial planner/land investor. He will share his experiences on how he started land flipping and developing, and how anyone can start with as little as $100.

Wholesaling with Agents - @RyanZolin │Friday, Sept. 16th at 3:30 pm PST

Ryan Zolin is a wholesaler out of Arizona and will share his knowledge on how to wholesale utilizing agents and the MLS.

Tykes Networking Event - @krazyjay_eth │Saturday, Sept. 17th at 3pm PST

Looking to meet more Tykes? Moderator Joe will be hosting a networking event inside the Tykes discord for everybody who is interested!

Recent Announcements 📢

Tykes Twitter Space - Monday night, Ryan held a Twitter space where he gave a comprehensive breakdown of the entire Tykes project. This explains all the recent events in perfect detail - check it out!

Tykes Burn - As mentioned earlier, the Tykes burn is currently taking place. This is an exclusive event that will never happen again, so make sure to get involved if you own 20+ Tykes! This ends at 9 pm PST on Friday, September 16th.

Staking - Although this is not yet official, Ryan estimated that staking will become available on Saturday, September 17th. More updates to come!

Tyke Spotlight 🔦

Today's Tyke Spotlight goes out to discord member Ron Mexico. Ron is a real estate agent and investor out of Atlanta, Georgia. This week, Ron and his team put the final touches on a duplex renovation and locked in $1500/month in cash flow. Now that this project is slowing down, they're already getting ready for their next deal.
