Recent Announcements 📢

Tykes Marketplace - The Tykes Marketplace is officially open! All Tykes holders now have the ability to claim their TyCoin and spend it on a variety of products and services in the marketplace, including tickets to the Tykes Summit!

It's important to note that this is a soft launch, meaning only a few of Ryan's products/services are listed at the moment. More products from Tykes holders will be gradually released onto the marketplace over the coming months!

Tykes Summit - The Tykes Summit will be taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada from January 9th - 12th! The mission of this event is to merge the present and future of Real Estate. We have an amazing blend of speakers lined up, alongside a variety of networking events. Make sure to get your tickets here or on the Tykes Marketplace!

Tyke Spotlight 🔦

This weeks Tyke Spotlight goes out to discord member jtinvests! John is a Real Estate Investor out of California who recently finished his first million dollar flip project!

John and his team ran into some hurdles when dealing with the city for permitting, contractors leaving, and delays, but were able to overcome these obstacles and get the project done!

John works deals in SoCal & Indiana and has extensive experience working in wholesaling and flipping.
