Today's Tyke Spotlight goes out to Boardroom Member, John Good!

John recently transitioned from being a commercial airline pilot to a real estate professional, which is allowing him to work towards a great reitrement.

Starting real estate for John was a little scary. He was comfortable being a pilot, although decided to test the waters by buying his first BRRR property in 2019. John quickly fell in love with the process, but never felt comfortable diving deeper. Then covid came around.

John took a RE course and next thing he knew, he was resigning as a pilot and taking on real estate full time. In the past year, John acquired his third BRRR in Hawaii and gained nearly $140k in equity after renovation. He's also working on his first flip for a $150k profit.
