Harry Law is a real estate agent/investor out of Tuscon, AZ. He shares his experiences on how he got started in real estate and what he is up to now.

Land Flipping - @JasonCasco │ Thursday, October 6th @ 5 PM PST

Jason Casco is a financial planner/land investor. He will share his experiences on how he started land flipping and developing, and how anyone can start with as little as $100.

Recent Announcements 📢

Staking Snapshot - Thursday night, the snapshot was taken for Day 1 staking status.

Free Soulbound Tokens - Saturday morning, special NFTs were airdropped to all day 1 stakers! These NFTs are called 'Soulbound Tokens' (SBTs) which are non-transferable tokens representing a person's identity using blockchain technology. These SBTs differ in look and utility depending on which tier you're in, so make sure to check out Ryan's Tweet for all the details!

Discord Q&A - Saturday night, Ryan held a Q&A in the discord. For those of you who missed it, he covered topics like his thoughts on the first 30 days of Tykes, moving into phase 2, the status of the Tykes Marketplace, and the Tykes Summit!

Tyke Spotlight 🔦

The first Tyke Spotlight goes out to discord member Payne! Payne recently teamed up with some family members and bought his first ever flip! Aside from that, Payne will also be representing the sellers to buy their next home.

The second Tyke Spotlight goes out to discord member Bit2win. After watching the virtual mastermind, Bit2win started taking more action on Airbnb arbitrage. Aside from that Bit2win also made an offer on a property in Seattle that she hopes to turn into an Airbnb.
