Planning an exit before you buy - @Mdumontii │ Monday, October 10th @ 6:00 PM PST

Planning exit strategies before you buy real estate with Michael who is an agent out of Vermont. Michael specialized in helping investors look for deals along with advising exit strategies so you make money the day you buy.

Flip your first deal - @Geoff │ Tuesday, October 11th @ 4:30 PM PST

Geoff is a realtor/investor out of Corona, CA. He is also a Future Flipper student. In this session he will share his experiences in Future Flipper and as an agent/investor.

Land Flipping - @JasonCasco │ Thursday, October 13th @ 5:00 PM PST

Jason Casco is a financial planner/land investor. He will share his experiences on how he started land flipping and developing, and how anyone can start with as little as $100.

Wholesaling with agents - @RyZo │ Friday, October 14th @ 3:00 PM PST

Ryan Zolin is a wholesaler out of Arizona and will share his knowledge on how to wholesale utilizing agents and the MLS.

Tykes Town Hall Meeting - Key Points 📢

• The Tykes Marketplace will have a soft launch this week

• Tycoins will be purchasable with credit card

• Reflection on how far Tykes has come (Hit #1 on OpenSea, burned $4M worth of Tykes, successful weekly trainings, etc.)

• Acquiring a Web3 company to get started with Web3 integration in Real Estate.

• Continuance acceptance of Marketplace applications

• Encouraging Tykes community meetups/events. Tykes will help promote/advertise

• Planning Tykes Summit this January

• DCENTRAL Miami event on November 29th

• Continuous IRL deals through Tykes community channels

Tyke Spotlight 🔦

Today's Tyke Spotlight goes out to Jordan Eastman (Jordan$$$ on discord)! Jordan is a part owner of Century Tents and Events/A1 Rentals, the #1 rental company servicing Texoma (Fun fact - Texoma is an interstate region between Texas & Oklahoma). 

Jordan left his job in the oil field to buy a portion of this business when it was doing about $200K per year with 15 employees. Since then, he has gone hard on marketing and cold calling in efforts to grow the business. This year Jordan hopes to hit $1M in revenue, with a max of 10 employees during the busy season.
