Twitter Space - Wealth Building w/ Ryan Pineda │ Wednesday, Feb. 8th @ 4 PM PST

Ryan will be holding a weekly twitter space going. We’re going to be doing all topics on wealth building. The goal is to bring in new eyeballs to Tykes by giving value in more general areas.

Creative Problem Solving w/ Amr Samaha │ Thursday, Feb. 9th @ 3 PM PST

This is an hour of open consultation on how to unlock the most value that’s hidden inside your property using creative design and problem solving. Come with your questions, properties, and notes!

Land Flipping w/ Jason Casco │ Thursday, Feb. 9th @ 6 PM PST

Jason is a financial planner/land investor. He will share his experiences on how he started land flipping and developing, and how anyone can start with as little as $100.

Recent Announcements 📢

Weekly Twitter Spaces - Ryan will be holding weekly Twitter spaces going forward. We're going to be covering all topics on building wealth. The goal is to bring new eyeballs to Tykes by giving more value in more general areas. We'd love for everyone to come through and represent Tykes every week!

Special Event with Mob Ties - We're going to hold a special event with Mob Ties on 2/23 and 2/24. It will be limited to 25 Tykes. There will be a dinner on the 23rd and a workshop on the 24th at Ryan's office with Ryan, Peter Voogd, and Michael Franzese.

Mob Ties has graciously allowed us to join their dinner and Ryan offered up his office as a way to give back to both communities. If you’d like to attend the cost is $150. This is to cover dinner and to lock in your RSVP.

Boardroom and 5+ holders had the first shot to fill the spots but there are some remaining. This will be first come first serve. Once 25 have paid we will close it down. I hope to see you in Vegas!

Today's Tyke Spotlight goes out to boardroom member, Arran Amorozo!

Arran is a 29 year old real estate professional out of Orange County, CA who has completed over 1,750 Real Estate deals and funded over half a billion dollars! Alongside his wife, Arran has been selling Real Estate since 2016.

Arran has a goal to create a personal blueprint for first time home buyers, which is done by providing outside the box plans to help their clients make better buying decisions.

How Real Estate and Financial Literacy Transformed Rich Haslett

Rich Haslett is a 15-year U.S. Navy Veteran who has several businesses and is an expert in the Web3 space. He grew up in Detroit, Michigan in a blue-collar family and had aspirations of becoming a millionaire at a young age. Rich joined the Navy two weeks after high school and was trained as an intelligence specialist. After the 9/11 attacks, he was part of the military operation in Afghanistan. He had a career with AT&T but after the 2008 financial crash, he realized he needed to create his own path and started a travel agency business. He is a real estate investor and also has a millionaire mentorship business. Check it out!
