The first ever Tyke spotlight goes out to Izaac Maring! Izaac is a 17 year-old real estate entrepreneur and content creator who has hit the ground running. About 2 months ago, Izaac gathered enough funding to close on his first flip, which he was able to get back on the market only a couple of weeks later.

Aside from the flip, Izaac also finished wholesaling his second property last week. Congrats to Izaac for crushing it at such a young age!
