Ryan is hosting a weekly Twitter Space where we talk about topics such as entrepreneurship, real estate, & social media. The goal is to bring new eyeballs to Tykes by giving value in more general areas.

Land Flipping w/ Jason Casco │ Thursday, Feb. 16th @ 6 PM PST

Jason Casco is a financial planner/land investor. He will share his experiences on how he started land flipping and developing, and how anyone can start with as little as $100.

Good morning Tykes. Lots of exciting things happening here in the coming weeks, let’s go over a recap.

Tykes Unleashed will mint this week! You will be able to mint and stake simultaneously and that will mark the beginning of the 30 day process to help you become a sophisticated investor. We’re going to move fast with this so we can start buying businesses asap.

Speaking of businesses, we’ve got a lot of deals we’re working on… One of which is a blockchain real estate syndication platform. They already have all the tech but they lack marketing and sales expertise to get it off the ground. I was going to buy the tech myself, but I figured this might be a good first deal to have the community be involved in. Investors can get a piece of the action and the entire community would be able to utilize the platform.

Let’s continue to crush it, things are taking shape very quickly. Also make sure you sign up for the dinner and workshop here in Vegas next week if you’re interested. This is open to all Tykes holders, spots are limited.
